hey i am back.

today is dragonboat land training..
okay larh..
we ran and did some circuit training..
we were also introduced to the gym..
So cool lehs...
Just now came back, thot of alot of things..
have decided to fa fen tu qiang.
put more effort in db..
cos after 3 mth i might not be able to do so..(regardless the reason)
So i shall not hesitate to go for the training!

run 4km, do 40 straight standard push-ups, and pull ups also no kick that type..
