land trg.
had photo-taking so went for trg late.
they alrd started running, so joined them at their 4th round.
after they finish their 5th round, i ran alone for 3 more rounds. :((
at the last round, did a sprint with ht at the 100 m stretch..
wah piang. tired.

did sets of push ups, crunches, torso raises, leg raises, diamond push ups and snake push ups.
do until my sweat is dripping non-stop lar..
after finishing, we had 5 min break. but i had to do one more set of push ups, crunches and torso raises.
*tired*

after the break, the guys and girls split up.
wah heng arh.
i dun like trging with guys.. damn siong.
then also trg with buddy grp. weex/
i feel better trg with buddy grp.
cos got buddybuddy and mugan!! hehehehe.
we did incline push ups while the guys did pull ups..
lucky nv ask us do incline pull up.. will die arh

did like 'endless' sets of max 1 min push ups.
i do until my my hands neng.
haish. not fair lor.. we have to do open arm push ups.

after that, we did assisted pull ups.
wah. i did the push ups till my muscles all so tense..
but ironically, i can pull myself up with some help.
and held there for 5 secs.
