lots of HARD GAYS scenes and hard les.

this show is freaky, not very scary but still SCARY!

i never like horror films.

some parts rrly made me jump from my seat lar.
but some part quite old school lar, like the nanny coming from behind.
but that stupid bao jumped and ahh! and made me jumped and ahh!!

rowed in the 10 men boat today.
quite crappy.
my stroke length cant seem to get longer.
and my last charge always end up chopping the water.
gosh, the race is coming!!!
if we row liddat in the race sure cant win one suaa.
composed! gals, we must be composed!
we have to focus on out own boat and follow the pacers as closely as possible!
and dun conserve!
our starts are already not aggressive, and if we are gg to slack off even b4 the 30th stroke, how are we gg to bring the boat to a surge?
and maintenence, at the few strokes b4 last charge, we always die down.
we are suppose to pick up our speed not the other way round.
like wad mr lee say, dun anticipate the last charge, if not we will surely conserve.
and our last charge, only 20 strokes, but our boat always die down at the 17th stroke.
last charge=all out! maybe becos during trg, we are afraid we will be too tire for subsequent race sets, so we conserve.
BUT in this coming race, we only need to row once, or twice for yvnn. please give all your energy! cos we dun wanna regret at the end of the race!! way to go gals!! (((:
