first time trg at bedok.
quite a good experience.
cos the water there is drinkable!
hahaha. dun have to worry the splashing might drown u with the salty water.
did 2 500m race sets.
damn shagged after each race set.
went for a short break b4 doing some starts and short race sets.
ended trg, had some debrief.
went for corp presentation night at xinmin.
boring eh.
but its okay, my main purpose of gg back is to catch up with the my batch and not watch the lame stuff.
anyways, had fun talking and cheering with them.
and finally, watched huiqi they all put up a performance.

went to school in the morning.
watched some videos in the mpr b4 forcing packed lunch down our throat.

took the catered bus to bedok.

had briefings, warm up and visualisation b4 gg down for our first heats.

cos later the finals, we were put into the wrong lanes.

later it was my turn to kena locked outside after they had took off with my sandals.
