CUROSITY COMES WITH A PRICE

APPLE+BLENDER+SUGAR+FIRE=DISASTER!

attempted to make something out of the ordinary today. haha but it turned out to be a messy and disgusting stuff. :(
let me teach you how to spoil your day. (:

1. chop an apple into small pieces
2. throw them into a blender
3. pour out the apple sludge into a bowl
4. freeze it
5. attempt to melt sugar over boiling water but decide to melt them using a pan with butter O.O
6. stir non-stop
7. add water *sizzling sizzling*
8. continue stirring
9. sugar becomes white and bubbly before becoming yellow and creamy
10. *blinks twice* liquid turning brown!
11. brings out the yet frozen apple sludge
12. pours melted sugar over it *sizzling sizzling*

TADA! A BOWL OF CRAP!

RESULTS: apple sludge with a piece of thick hardened sugar on top.

almost puked when i try it. :x

MY, what should i name it? how about ISLAND APPLALOSA?

wahahaha. ANYONE WANTS TO TRY?

after playing in the kitchen for 2 hours, i'm sweaty, sleepy and hungry.
almost died because the thing used to stir the sugar was coated with hardened sugar! o.o

end up chewing BA GUD TEH to filled my tummy ):

now trying forget the disgusting taste of sugar with butter.
urgh... buttery taste lingers... EEE..
