I keep watching the video, over and over again and it still cracks me up :D

Training today is killing. Gym, sprints, deadly steps, medicine ball, superman! O:

GYM! My first station- Bicep curls already left me half dead. I think its like 16kg.
I needed support for the first set already, imagine the third set man. Then was bench press! Buddy pushed me for 8 slabs this time. For the last set, I'm struggling like mad, the last 3 reps especially, I dont even know which muscles to use anymore cause all are numb. D: After that was lats pulldown, went for 6 slabs, struggled for last few reps too D: then was military press, I hate this, only did 10 kg. Then was clean jerk, did 11kg only. Then was the last station! Upright row, initially was 20kg for buddy and 15kg for me but cause of time constraints I had to do 20kg too! But did only 2 sets of 6 reps with support. D:

RUNNING! Ran to bottom of Nanyang House, did 5 laps of sprints uphill, then did 3 sets of steps climbing. I counted but lost count near the end! There're around 80 plus steps. O:

Medicine ball time! I hate this, especially the forward pass. Can totally kill the deltoids! For the first set of forward pass, I wanted to kill every living thing around me cause its fucking torturous, I cant stop swearing in my head! And plus forward passes are faster then side passes so we did like 40-50 passes, last set me and buddy pushed for 56 passes! Whoo hoo!

Now there is already slight ache on both arms, and plus the aches from tricep workout yesterday. But TGIF! I have no school :D I will just sit there the whole day and do my tutorials! :DD

Maybe I'll lift some weights tomorrow.
