According ro reports, Singapore faces an average wind speed of 15 to 20 km per hour but it has reach the time of the year that it hits 30 to 40 km per hour. So! It is a very good reason to skip spring cleaning! Because one day after the floor is vacuumed, the tables are wiped, there will be dust, leaves, hair from everywhere!
