I'm so sleepy even though I slept 12 hours yesterday.
Training was shaggarable today, partly cause of the sun. So damn bloody hot.
Morning long distance run was hot hot hot.
Did four 1km sets I think. Then dont know how many 500m sets.
Rowing at Kallang tomorrow.

Rowing on Wed, Thurs.
Double session on Sat.
Rowing on Sun.
