Back from Doreen's birthday chalet.
Rowing before that. Got to drive to Kallang. Running to Sheares bridge, fartleks back, abs exercise and max pull ups.
Rowing was tiring. Small boat, individual 90sec rowing. Big boat, 10, 20, 1 minute. All that is enough to exhaust me. relaxed row back to shore, master and non master side.
Quickly showered and went home.
Went for crocs sales before heading to chalet.
